I believe the coin is Isaac Commenus 1184-1191, the obverse is a match to the type he issued. The reverse is a variation of perhaps SB-1992. Report this Post to the Staff

Bust of Christ facing, wearing nimbus cruciger, pallium and colobium and raising right hand in benediction; in left hand, scroll. Rev: MANYHLambda; Delta;ECPi;OT.
