I have never graded a coin before but according to this site, id have to say G (good) because the mintmark and date are clearly visible. the rim is damaged and a few scartch and the worn out name might make it close to AG ( about good.) I'm new so id wait for the experts opinion.

Have to agree. Looks like it's got Fine details, but the huge rim nick and the dints bring it down to a net grade of G.
