I would switch from my current date set of Seated halves to the entire set! Also I could see a new collection of territorial gold starting up, and I would buy a nice Panama-Pacific $50 octagonal.
Rest in Peace

I spotted two Dollars - an 1802 NovaDel - Proof 67 or so -
on Stacks auction [ not interested in the 1804... ]

and a 1794 Flowing Hair Dollar - PCGS AU 58....
two things I've dreamed of for too many years !!

Other than these two amazing coins, I'd stick with my "bread and butter" collections - Barbers in 58....

One of my favorites - even if its sans Green Beans...

But I'd sell most of what I have (keeping Chinese coins, interesing curiosities, and sentimental coins) and make a very nice type set. Then I'd pursure ancient/medieval/world coins as they are more challenging to find.

And of course I'd buy anything that I see that I think is interesting.

Right now I enjoy the challenge of buying nice coins from the profit of buying/selling other coins.

I'd buy out my local dealer and take a month or so going through the pile of classic gold he keeps in his (mine now) safe. Heck, I'd then need another month to plow through all the other coins he's put away for some thirty five years. Then I'd reopen the store (under the same name) and have the best job a guy could have without ever worrying about a financial matter the rest of my life.

Just seeing what comes through the door on a daily basis would be all I needed for entertainment.

But you'd also have to deal with the occasional dimwits that come through the door.

Trust me ... there are more than enough to go around. I work with a couple in my profession and I'm sure many do their time in other professions. The coin dealers of the world don't have a monopoly on them.
