I like to buy this 1887-S Morgan for the error on reverse,I think it is a Die indent or struck thru.?,what would be a good price to pay?

It is not an error, it is an indentation punched into the reverse. Notice the pushed out area on the cheek on the obverse.

I would pass. I can see the bulge on the opposite side on the cheek. This one took a hard hit after it left the mint.
