How Long Does It Take To Hear Back From NGC

collector.detector Pillar of the Community United States 505 Posts	Posted 03/19/2017 2:18 pm I sent out a form to NGC about an ANA submission account about 2 weeks ago. I have not heard back from them. Is this normal? Should I contact them? Zac Report this Post to the Staff

You have to apply for an account number. He has but hasn't heard back from them yet and wants to know how long it usually takes for them to get back to you with your number. NGC typically has great customer service. Give them a call (Not email, the TPG's don't respond too well that way.) and you will probably have your answer very quickly.
