Need Help Identifying 1907 IHC Errors

There are several errors on this IHC. On the obverse, the neck appear to be struck over something above the "1", possibly a rotated 1? There is something protruding from the rim about the 3 o'clock position just east of the "E". Unites States of America is punched over something, I don't believe it's just doubled. There's also a line under the chin that runs west, and then make almost a 90 degree turn north. On the reverse, you can see something just west of the shield (not the damage), ONE CENT looks to. E punched over something, and there a fine lines in between the ribbons. I can't find one similar anywhere. Thanks for the help.
