It's at least a nice die clash -- looks like it's visible on both sides -- though that's generally not worth much of anything unless you're able to find someone who loves buying clashes. I don't see any doubling, though. What specifically do you see doubled, Jay? And as far as the area above "CENT" I'm pretty unsure, but it does seem contiguous with the die clash. Perhaps some sort of Grease Fill in the clashed area? Just a hypothesis.
Overall I'd keep it just for its being interesting to look at, but it's probably not worth much if any above other 1967 cents of its grade.
No doubling. No die cracks. Definitely not uncirculated - scratches on the obverse fields inconsistent with die polishing (incuse, not raised). Definite strong die clash on the reverse. Unfortunate staining under the memorial. You could try soaking it in acetone, but it may not help.
Jay; Not trying to be rude,But clear pictures help out a lot. It's very difficult to see what your talking about with blurry pictures. I know sometimes it's hard to get what your seeing pictured. You do have a nice reverse die clash.
