CNG estimated this coin at $300. Presently it is fetching $1600 in their e-sale with about 15 minutes to go. Is it because of the ship?

It takes two people who are willing to fork over $3000 for it to be worth that much. I have seen common coins go for crazy money, and very rare coins go for peanuts because it didn't find the right audience.
