1995-P Washington Quarter. Clashed Reverse? (New Pic Added)

MontCollector Pillar of the Community United States 2403 Posts	Posted 03/30/2017 7:12 pm Got a 1918D LWC, a 1975 Canadian Cent, and this coin in change from my local store today. Great Change Day!! Anywasy this looks like it could have a clash on the reverse. Maybe from the eye area on obverse. sorry not the greatest pictures...Modern quarters are hard for me to photograph. I know its beat up. But since I don't do any CRHing these don't come my way very often. Edit: Took new picture. This one show clash much better.
