This is worn out but I want to know more about it. It has a Roman Empress on it, but I'm not sure if it is Faustina. I'm hoping the community may help me identify what specific time period it came from.

But maybe its this... RIC 1638, Cohen 100, BMC 905

She is one of the easiest to ID even on worn coins.
