Found a weird double rolled roll of pennies. The outer roll was just like a normal roll, and the inner roll was bigger than a normal penny roll, so it was all creased up? Anything like this happen to anyone else?

Wait til you get a really old collector roll that's wrapped in tin foil inside the paper! My 1958D's came that way, Most of the coins were MS65 and better, even the outer edges had "Shine"

Machine wrapped and crimped or customer wrapped, somebody may just be messin' wit ya
