I found this 92-D Cent and the date has a "doubled" look to it but all mottos and the Lincoln bust appear to be fine. Can anyone explain to me what this is or how it might have happened?
I see this all the time when looking through zincs, so I know it's a common error and worthless. As to how it happened, I'll leave that to the experts.
Gas's or air get in the planchet and cause that to find one with out is as rare as Close AM coin. I think I have 2 rolls gem bu look like that lest, the 4 end coins do
