I see something going on at the date and on the corresponding region on the reverse, but that is all. Does that indicate damage?

From what I see in the pics it looks good for a double struck. The initial strike may have been a bit misaligned.

Does appear to be a genuine, don't know if $395 is to high or not. Interesting piece.
