So I opened an ebay case about a buyer who didn't pay me and then a few days later ebay said case closed, final value fees refunded, etc. Then they said, "Also, an unpaid item has been recorded on the buyer's account".

Oh yeah? Swell. But, where does that show up? I went to the buyer's account and I don't see it anywhere.

Can anybody tell me how to search and find this on that buyer's account? I'd sure like to know that ALL OTHER SELLERS out there in ebay land know about this guy and steer clear of selling to him...... Bwaaaahhhhaaahhhaaahhaahahahaha!!

We have lists here of recommended sellers and seller whom we're discouraged from patronizing due to various issues ccf members have had.

How about a thread for buyers who should be blacklisted? I'm more than willing to give the name of the buyer who's filed a false defective product claim because my sales were set to "no returns."

Unpaid item marks are for ebay records, they are not publicly visible.

Best to just not even worry about NPB. Get your fees back and move forward. Too much negative energy wasted on things YOU cannot fix or change . Building a successful business of any kind needs positivity. There are thousands and thousands of good people out there compared to NPB types.

Well, isn't that special. I feel so good knowing that ebay is dealing effectively, behind the scenes, with these scofflaws.

Hear, here!! We could call it "Blackballed Buyers".

I waste my negative energy as a sort of safety measure. If I didn't waste it I might channel it to do something awful.

I've wasted a ridiculous amount of time with my issue, between calls/emails to ebay and the software publisher. I've done the utmost to show that I was trying to work with the buyer. All buyer did was ignore every message that I sent. ebay said they'd STILL decide for buyer by default because they can't disprove his claim unless he responds with more details about the problem.

I always assumed that unpaid items being recorded was only for ebay's purposes but, I don't know if they actually do anything about it if a buyer gets too many. What is the threshold and are the consequences?

I've had a little concentration of NPBs lately and it's concerning.
