I'd guess AU58. Looks MS to me except for the damage to IN and WE on the obverse.

a couple nicks in an MS coin will not change the fact that it is MS. depending on severity it will lower the MS grade.

saying that, the coin does appear to have had some light circulation so I agree with AU58
