Yep. I saw the 1909 s first and then flipped it over and saw the vdb. Had to look at it a few times to see if my eyes were playing tricks on me.

Someone got scammed, found out it was worthless, couldn't return it, so it got spent.

Another option, these are probably pretty cheap on the no no site so as a joke someone bought some and just spent them to watch for the "OMG look what I found in a roll" comments on forums or coin publications.
