It may not be much off-center, but I like how it's partially capped on the reverse.

Hey, Kurt, nice find, but I am a little confused. I am assuming that this is the front and back of the same coin. If so, wouldn't the off-center orientation be 180 degrees out from front to back. What I mean is, if the thin part of the rim is at 6:00 on the obverse, shouldn't be at 12:00 on the reverse?

thx, Jim

Not on Canadian coins Jim. The die rotation is the same as used in medals, so to see the opposite side of a coin right side up we would turn it from side to side rather than top to bottom.
