Help Identifying A Kisatchie Quarter Problem: Damage Or Error?

jfkiser New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 04/19/2017 1:46 pm Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum with a question about this quarter I found in circulation: I'm new to collecting and don't know which terms to search for, so I thought I would ask y'all what you thought; does this look like damage after the coin was minted, or an error? The circle mark is centered really well and in the right spot to match the recessed section on the back, except that on the front it's a perfect circle with no flat part like the back has above the date.
