Slightly difficult to see everything because of the reflections on the 2x2, but I'd say this would be Good Fine / nearly VF in British grading. These last series of George V pennies issued from 1928-36 were very well struck and it was still possible to pull specimens from pocket change in this sort of condition at the time of decimalisation in 1971.
