1943 P Nickel Struck On A Another Coin Or Non Silver?

It appears to have small traces of a different image on the coin. With a magnifying glass I thought it is doubled but it's not. It's actually an outline of something else that seems to still show alongside the existing coin. Sorry the picture couldn't capture close enough clarity to show. Also I don't think this coin is silver. It weigh 5 grams. There are some corrossion on obverse. Please help

Perhaps struck on Indian head nickel? Could that be trace of the year 1938 or something?

5g is normal and it should be 35% silver. I am not seeing anything else.

Silver, and normal. I don't see indicia that it's struck over another coin.
