How is it that curling rock wasn't included on the reverse?

Also a lacrosse stick, basketball and baseball bat. I guess sports aren't that big a deal to the designers.
Rest in Peace

Sports are a big deal.... it's got hockey sticks (plural) As this is the playoff season, it should do well.

I ordered all three of these but none have arrived yet.

It will be interesting to see if the $3 and $5 denominated coins sell as well as the 20 for 20 and 25 for 25 coins that they replaced. I suspect not but we'll see.

I'm interested to see how these are packaged because my plan is to put them in the Lighthouse box with the other 25 similar xforx coins.

Yes Dcadon Go Sens! Maybe this little playoff run will boost sales of the 2015 $10 coin that is routinely sold for half issue price.

Received the Proudly Canadian $5 today and got my answer on the packaging. Covered in plastic, no capsule and sandwiched in cardboard. Guess they aren't going in the box.

The GITD thing is over IMO. It adds little to nothing to this coin.

I really wish this series was available as encapsulated coins. Perhaps the same idea as the 1/2oz silver Canada 150th coin series (13 coins with a collector case).

RCM as you listening?

Thank you, CC-Ottawa, for confirmation.

"GITD" thing was good on Dyno, and maybe on the not popular stars chart series and now it is passe.

I also do not like silver coins on the card, cause usually they not encapsulated. The card idea in generally good as presentation, but "no capsule" - it is outdated (imo) ....

I didn't care for the card this coin was mounted on, so it was removed and placed in a flip in my album.
I also have the 12 coin circulation set which came mounted on a cut out Maple Leaf. That looked nice so I hole punched the edge to store it in a binder.
