There are so many spots on this coin that are errors. Are these double dies and die breaks? Obverse and reverse.
On the obverse: his beard, date, mint, trust, GOD.
On Reverse. Left side of building as I can see.

Looks like damage to me. maybe some solder.

That is zinc rot from the plating being damaged, note the bubbles on his chin,
