Noble Numismatics in Sydney may be able to provide that information; they have a numismatic reference library that in terms of size, would be in the World's top ten. They are my 'go to' people.
Definitely a toothed border with L.C.W. incuse below the shield, but I can't see the obverse clearly enough - please could you post an enlargement of the truncation and the lower rim on the obverse?
