The pictures aren't the best, but I see some hairlines on the coin that might indicate to me it has been cleaned.

gold is difficult to grade with decent pics. these are way too blurry to see the details. the coin could be anywhere between AU58 and MS64. cant tell if it was cleaned due to the pics. sorry

I think that it is probably a Mint State coin, but you can't put numbers on it when the picture is blury. Even then it's only a guess when you get to MS-65 and above, it's a dart board when you are looking at photos. A personal exam is the only way to realy grade coins.
