Normally most 48 and 48D franklins are full bell lines. This one doesn't appear to be fbl

AU-58 ,hard to tell FBL with those photos .

Agree likely AU-58, but if MS no better than 62.

Can't tell if OBV is a rub or milk spot. Since milk spots on REV too, I will say MS62, and it's not FBL due to missing lines at left of the crack from what I can see.
