Found this coin today am I seeing a 7 or not and grade if possible and worth of the coin, any help will be helpful.. Thanks for any help

For grade I'd say EF-45 maybe higher. As far as value I don't really know.

That's tarnish its just funny the way it turned out on the coin into the shape of a 7. It's a normal 1886 Morgan dollar.
