In all seriousness this coin is by far a soup sammich in the coin world. Close up pic's doesn't do it any justice but I will try to upload it when I get something to take a distanced picture. Also wondering if thats mechanical(8) dubing on the back? Thanks for the help fellers

MD on America, and from what I can see, die wear and damage everywhere else.

its not die wear and damage bc it hasnt been out of the container in 35-37 years
when I can get a pic from afar you'll see

Struck t5hrough a capped die is what caused the obverse and does appear to be rev MD

MD on the reverse.

Die wear is precisely that -- wear on the die that strikes the coin. Your cent could be untouched for five hundred years, and it will still exhibit die wear if the die that struck the coin was wearing down from use.

with Crazy,looks like a strike through a capped die and MD on the reverse . Be nice to have pictures of the whole coin

I was waiting a little but, I also agree it looks like struck-through a capped die.

I'll second myself in requesting a full obverse pic.
