Hi everyone!

I'm new here, I have this old coin and I would love to know what country it's from, how old it is, what it is, or if it's real. Could it be gold? It's very thin. Tried googling and came across some similar looking coins and then this website. There are some very interesting topics on here. Any help identifying it would be much appreciated! It is looking very much like a Nuremberg Jeton, and if you put that term into the search box at the top left of the page you'll get lots of information.
