I am new to coin roll hunting and I found this 2007 penny that appears to have been offset when struck. Can anyone advise me what my next step should be or what the value of this coin could be?

to CCF. Looks like an off center strike. As to value,check ebay sold values. I would guess $5. Put it in a 2x2 holder.
