1983lmc-Die Gouge, Break, Clash Etc?

This 1983 LMC seems to have a little bit of everything within 2/3 letters on the reverse

I can see die chips/gouges/die break/ post mint damage/ and not sure, but it might even have a die clash- keep seeing the letter S inside the C- ( probably seeing things on that) but pretty much has the other stuff.

Opinions are welcomed please.
