Recently found 1995D penny without copper coating. The coin is in good shape with no pitting. I was wondering if anyone could give me any info no this coin

Wish I could. Don't have camera good enough. But I can tell you no evidence of chemicals would grade ef-40 or better

Even with pictures, genuine unplated cents can be difficult to authenticate so I'm not sure there's much to be said.

Most often, the plating has been removed post-mint intentionally or through environmental processes.
