Ron;
I suppose what I am getting at is did the people see a "Tyche" as a generic deity like an "angel" or was Tyche a specific Goddess? You would not put 2 Christs on a coin or 2 Virgin Mary figures. And the people probably thought about Tyche much as they eventually thought about the Virgin Mary as you notice Mary often has the same Tyche crown from that part of the world in paintings. So there could be a separate specific city Goddess with Tyche. These are very very advanced religions by the time we are seeing their coins in my opinion. So there would be a blasphemy possibility unlike the Roman coins who used Gods more generically. You see a lot of Tyche in this part of the world nearly exclusively.
