Sorry for all the posts, I'm relatively new to coin collecting. Ifound this 1995 D penny that has these bubbles all over it. The coin is in great shape besides that. Opinions please.

Those are plating bubbles. They are not uncommon on 1982-present copper-plated zinc cents.

Gases (air) get trapped underneath the copper plating or corrosion on the zinc core releases gas that is trapped underneath the copper plating and makes a bubble.
