A little disappointed with this grade by PCGS. There's a clear mark on the eagle reverse and graded a 70. (Yes on the coin not the holder) Anyone ever have this problem before?

Maybe it's just me but, I wouldn't be disappointed getting a PF70 back from PCGS.

, but I am disappointed if the "good" grading companies are grading coins that are not 70's as 70's.

If you bought it, then it's a bummer. If you submitted it, then good for you!
