Do I take these out of the plastic case. It is completely sealed. I am thinking about getting them graded.

Don't wast your money getting them graded. They would have to come back at least 66+ to make any money and I don't see that happening. Coins were probably polished anyhow before they were placed in the plastic.

I can tell you for certian that it's not going to be worth getting them graded. The cost of the grading service alone is around $15 for each coin not including shipping, the potential value of these isn't much more than $10 a piece. Hold on to them, but save your money for when you come across something a bit more valuable to grade

You asked this before the pix yesterday, my answer is now a definite NO! Look at the damage/dings on the coin showing, You'd come back with a TPG grade of AU58 DETAILS! and be out about $12 for a commonly found cent.

These grade from MS62-64, not high enough to send in either.
