A close-up of the MM is needed to determine an RPM. I'm not an expert by any means in this area but, the mintmark is the prime indicator.

I respect that but did you recognice the arrow I put it on that look like the d was repunch where the arrow pointed

with spruett , you need a close up all I can see is a coin with some arrows drawn on it

There are five arrows but only two of them are anywhere close to the correct location of an RPM.
