Got my lens today and I have another 1963 Franklin that I would like to get opinions on.

From what I understand, the scratch and ding would disqualify it from FBL (I could be wrong). There may also be weakness on the top row left of the scratch.

And it looks like a die crack maybe (or a hair?) at the bottom that runs up into the lower lines. I don't know how a die crack will affect the designation.

Basically, I told you nothing.

The bell line looks good except for the ding and 2nd crack.

Probably not FBL, IMO.

I believe It's not FBL because lines are broken by die cracks , hits, or scratches .

NGC and PCGS seem to have very different criteria for FBL.
