I'd be honest: whatever it is, it's not a cincuentin. Even ignoring all the other problems, it's much too small for one (real cincuentins are about twice as large).

I would personally guess a regular 8 (or even 4) reales, but for all I know it could be just a modern tourist fake. Someone more experienced in such coins could probably say more precisely.
