Was looking through some halves I have laying around and this one caught my eye. Seems the I in Liberty is a bit shorter and stubborn than other halves is this common?

The second close up shot is of another half just posted it to show difference.

To me, it sounds like it might've been a slight design change in the obverse dies over time that caused the I to get shorter.
