I found some coins while sorting through some of my grandfather's things after he passed away. I don't know if they are worth anything, can anybody help?

Please post pictures of both sides for identification.
The middle row in pic one left coin I believe is this. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7477.html
and the one next to it https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1820.html
The rest of the coins in that pic also appear to be from Egypt, but the other side will help id them exactly.

I guess they're only worth their monetary value then. Thank you both.
