I have a 2000 cheerio penny still in card holder.
The reverse is not visible.
Are there markers on the obverse that tell you it is the rare Wide AM

Woodcr, I have one coming in the mail, darn thing is will my curiosity be greater than common sense...

Think it is worth more in original packaging than finding out if is Wide AM. I've found many WAM's in CRH, so is not a "rare" coin, '98's are hard to find but are in CRH, the '99 is the "rare" one...still seeking that one.

As far as I know no WAM has ever been found in a cheerios holder.
