Apparently the Daily Mail doesn't know about the $10 million coin sold in the US.

This coin mentioned in the Daily Mail article had been previously offered for auction back in 2012 before being withdrawn.

And that daily Mail article is five years old. It was discussed back then when it first appeared. Other articles at the same time showed the full picture of the reverse that identify it as a fake. As can be seen in the link Xavier posted.

It looks like the coin is a fake.
