I shortened the link. ebay adds a bunch of useless garbage to the end of their links which always stretches them out. All you really need in an auction link is up through the auction number.

If I were a serious potential buyer, I'd like to see some certification/authentication on these. It would also be a condition of purchase. These notes look like they came out of a Wheaties box. For $40K, they'd better be legit.

Further, with no stated return policy, I'm sure that if I were interested, there'd be a flurry of emails before I bid.

Use the exact address as listed in ageka's original post:

....and follow that with the specific auction number. That'll bring up the proper auction without all the extraneous stuff.
