Hello I am new here and just really need some help with the worth of my 1776-1976 14k solid gold bicentennial coin. I have the box it came in and the case for the coin and the registration certificate as well. I got boxes and boxes of coins from an uncle that passed away and have no idea the value so that when I sell them I am not in the dark. Thanks everyone!

steve!

3.3 grams of gold
Value estimate $60 - $100 depending on who you sold it to.
i.e. dealer or a collector but this is just my estimate.

Welcome to the CCF, Steve. What you have is not a coin but a medal, worth its' weight as bullion.

When posting pics, I humbly suggest that you capture close-ups of both sides. The image optimizer on CCF is quite a handy tool, and you would do well ti try it out. The members here can be most helpful and encouraging.

Enjoy the ride!
