I got these rolls of quarters at the bank yesterday. They came shrinkwrapped, not rolled in paper. I'm new to this sort of thing so I have a few questions.

Identifying-Mint-Rolls

1. Are these mint rolls? How would I know?
2. Two of the rolls have a 2016 coin on one side and the other side shows the Queen. Should I assume that all the coins are 2016?
3. The third roll shows the Queen on both ends. So I have no way of knowing the year. (It's not 2017, I can tell because of the lettering on the coins.) Since the year(s) is unknown, what good is this roll? Is it better to open it up?

They all look like Mint rolls to me. They are all most likely 2016 quarters.
