I am no expert with cents, but from what I have read in past topics, this would be normal die wear.

I definitely see something but am not an expert either. I have read some other posts and this sounds like what the pro's called Machine Doubling. They are not a true error coin and not worth as much. I am anxious to see what the pro's make of them.
