I've seen lots of Messana tets with similar flan cracks, so that doesn't bother me. But it's such a heavily faked type, I wouldn't pull the trigger without finding a die match among the many genuine examples online.
The placement of the elements on the obverse is dangerously close to those on the modern die, below, although with the out-of-focus picture it's hard to tell for sure. May not be an exact match, but it sure is close - closer than the dozens of legit examples I just looked at.
The seller is not on the fake sellers lists, but with other questionable items he lists - like a quite-probably-fake Leontini tetradrachm - I would be very hesitant to deal with this person, especially for an expensive type.
