Hello all, scored a touchdown today. A nice RB specimen 1968 D DDR-801. What an exciting find. I have wanted one badly so broke down and bought an MS64 last week from Greatcollections. Then today Kapow! I found its little brother in MS62 RB.
The example I purchased helped emensly in enabling me to key in on this sneaky variety. Capturing one in the wilds is a rush, I'm going to have PCGS tame it for me. The designers initials on this one are awesome. Will try and download pics. Anybody else found one of these rascals? I wonder how many in XF or AU-50 I have missed due to my own lack of attention.
