I wouldn't. It's a very nice piece, but even a 65FS barely
cover costs.

I'm not real good with this but I agree with 65 and Full Steps. It might even be a 66.

Even so, I think it would have to grade at least MS67 to make it worth submitting.

MS-66FS. The cost of slabbing is more than the coin is worth.

A nice 65/66 . I don't believe it to be FS . Not worth submitting .
