Looks accurate, nice find! Not sure on the discoloration/corrosion, Verdi-care might be ideal.

Tanman2001 Thanks. I wish it was in better shape too! Unfortunately, someone didn't know how rare and valuable this was and spent it and it remained in circulation until it came to me in a circulated bank roll. Thank god it went to me.

John1 this is one of the best and most valuable circulated coin finds ever. I haven't found another example yet.
